OUR Classes

Ballwork Program

The Ballwork Program is a dynamic full range of motion 3D movement system which develops proximal stability, promoting effective distal mobility through what is known as Tensegrity ( tension + integrity).

Footwork Program

The Footwork Program addresses the development of dynamic strength of the foot/ankle complex in varying ranges of motion, in multiple planes of movement, and at different speeds through the use of slant boards, cylindrical pipes, discs as well as appropriately applied isometric and plyometric progressions.

Poolwork Program

The Poolwork Program is ballistic in nature, developing the body's ability to utilize the stretch-shortening cycle and produce maximal force in cyclical movement while benefiting from the soft tissue stimulating properties of fluid pressure.

Strengthwork Program

The Strengthwork Program addresses numerous factors (joint angle, joint orientation, speed of movement, system synergy and type of movement) critical for the development of coordinated strength capable of being delivered at high velocities.

Bootcamp

Our memberships come with open gym time so that you can come and train on your schedule. During open gym sessions, you can come in for unguided gym time and work toward your fitness goals. The coaching staff is available to assist you during any open gym session.

Yoga

Although yoga may seem contrary to the high intensity of our group classes, our classes perfectly complement your other workout experiences improving your flexibility. We have experienced instructors to guide you through lessons.
